I called because my thermostat was stuck and wouldn't let me change the temp. Called and the girl asked me about my thermostat and I even sent her a picture so she could walk me through it. She was very helpful and I highly recommend them because they listen and are very knowledgeable.

Contacted State Aire at 3:00 P.M. after being without air for 2 days in 100 degree temp & being ignored by the Company that installed the system, Elizabeth advised that Eric would be out by 6:00 P.M. to complete repairs. True to their word Eric arrived and had us back in service by 6:30. Can't say enough about this Company. Good folks.

Eric did a great job getting our AC back up and running after a lightening storm zapped the motor module. Also, the office did a fantastic job getting the repair scheduled and parts in a timely manner. Thanks guys
