Eric Montgomery was on time, courteous, and thorough. I moved here in Sept and having a heat pump is new to me. He took time to educate me on the system and how to best take care of it. I am also having problems with cooling add on room. I've had other companies come out to try to fix this problem with no good results. Eric took pictures and explained the problem and we now have a plan. I truly appreciate his knowledge and the sharing of that knowledge. I have confidence in him and in State Aire. Will definitely continue my association with them in the future.

Eric came out to my home when he said he was, did an excellent job repairing our A/C and explained the repairs he was doing in detail, and was very polite. Always welcome back.
