I called in and couldn’t get my thermostat to switch over to cooling. Liz was very polite and helped me over the phone and even offered to stop by as a courtesy to make sure I was able to change it over without any problems. The best customer service hands down.

Product or service reviewed: Bosch Bavo heat pump
I had two replacement heat pumps and air handlers installed today. I have been building homes in Kerrville for 30 years. Working with subs is mostly a challenge, but not with State Aire. Your crew did an absolutly great job on the install. They worked quickly and had the installation finished within a very tight window as it was raining off and on. When they were finished they explained what they had done and ask me if I was satisfied. I would recommend State Aire for their HVAC needs as these 3 gentleman did an outstanding job. Thanks again.
