We called State Aire late on a Thursday. I figured there was no way they could make it there that day. Liz rerouted Eric and sent him to us. He determined the problem was a computer board that had to be ordered. He did have a relay in his truck that he used as a bridge to get us cool in minutes. He ordered the board and returned Monday morning to install it. We had a cool weekend and everything worked out. I won't go anywhere else for A/C work.

Eric is such a great ac technician. He always arrives on time to my facility and makes sure that the acs are always running before leaving. He makes sure I know when he is onsite and has always been professional. Liz is awesome big front office.

I called because my thermostat was stuck and wouldn't let me change the temp. Called and the girl asked me about my thermostat and I even sent her a picture so she could walk me through it. She was very helpful and I highly recommend them because they listen and are very knowledgeable.
