State Aire is the Absolute BEST!!! We were nervous to have a new install, but Alex and Levi went above and beyond. I would recommend them time and time again!! I had to contact Nathan several times and his customer service was superior!

After 6 days of 100 degrees (or near) we have AC again thanks to State Aire and their competent crew! Called Thursday and they sent Mario out bright and early Friday morning. He had the unit working again but unfortunately it didn't make it through the afternoon, no fault of his. Called the office again and they managed to send Ryan out before the end of the day. Ryan discovered the problem and the unit was not repairable. Monday morning Nathan had a proposal for us on an in-stock unit they could install Tuesday. Pedro and Jace came to install the unit. Within a couple of hours the new unit was up and running. All the young men were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. They did a superb job of cleaning up after themselves. We highly recommend State Aire! Thank you, we'll sleep well tonight.

I needed to replace an older A/C unit that no longer has the freon readily available or is outrageously expensive. Nathan worked up a bid for replacement that was reasonably priced. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them in person. We decided to upgrade to the evolution series, which required a complete replacement of the entire system. On the day of the install, Levi and Pedro arrived at our house to perform the work. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. They took the time to answer any questions I had, and even offered some advice on a side issue I had with a thermostat relocation that was not related to the install. At the end of the day, they went to fire the unit up and it would not work, as it had a bad control board from the factory. They immediately got on the phone with Nathan, who found one in San Antonio. Nathan dispatched a different employee to drive to S.A. to pick it up. Levi and Pedro spent the down time cleaning up the area and finishing any last minute things. The new part arrived 5-10 minutes before they were supposed to leave, however, they both stayed until the unit was up and running, then they stayed a bit longer to ensure the phone app was working and I knew how to use it. Both of these guys are an asset to the company and make sure the customer comes first and is satisfied. Quite a relief in these times. We could not be happier with our decision to use State Aire and with the service we received, especially from Nathan, Levi and Pedro.

Mario was great. Quickly but thoroughly analyzed my A/C issue outside and inside. Checked voltages and pressures. Very personable too.
